    Hello, my name is Tracy, and I'm the homeowner. When I started this project, I was truly in need. My house was built in 1957, and I’ve lived here for over 20 years. I had roof leaks, termite damage, dry rot, mold, and more. Everything needed to be redone. I chose Eli because he had renovated my neighbor’s house next door. I didn’t waste time interviewing a bunch of contractors. I went straight to Eli and hired him for the job. One of the biggest benefits was working with Donna. She is a designer who managed all of the finishes, including paint colors, fixtures, faucets, cabinets, and more. If you're doing a project like this on your own, it's hard to visualize how everything will look when it's finished. Donna has that vision and brings the entire design together beautifully. The final result looks amazing. The experience was smooth from start to finish. There were no construction delays. The crew showed up every day, sometimes on weekends or even after hours. Everything was done professionally with a written contract and a clear payment schedule. I always knew where we stood. Communication was constant. Whether it was through email, texts, or phone calls, I always felt in the loop. There is nothing I’m unhappy about. I love how everything turned out. The fixtures, the colors, the layout, it all came together perfectly. I would absolutely recommend Eli and Quality First Builders to anyone planning a home improvement project.
