Hi. My name is Nancy Galbaldon Bennett, and I made a decision to renovate this house that, actually, I have to be honest, I actually grew up in this house. It's a 105-year-old home, and I no longer live here, but it was converted into an investment property. So, I was looking, thinking I got to do something about renovating this place, and actually another friend of mine mentioned Eli, who was from Quality First Builders, and I gave him a call. We met up, and he came in and was very nice, very informative, very excited about wanting to work, and he had some ideas, because I really honestly didn't know where to go with this. All I knew was I had to get something done to this property, and he was really good about giving me ideas, setting the tone of where we could go with this, and I was really, really appreciative of that. So really, with his thinking, his ideas, as well as me thinking also, collaborating with his ideas and my ideas, this is what came out of it. Awesome. So you mentioned this collaboration of ideas. What was it like working with them in the process, you know, when he was actually doing the building and stuff, and that process? Yeah. So, through the process of going through, there's so many little steps, for those of you like myself. I was very clueless of, wow, what does this entail? Permits and… he was so good about, don't worry, we have this together, we got permits, which were super simple for me. And I have to say, his wife Donna, they're absolutely amazing because her contribution to it is helping me, getting designs, and giving me ideas. Again, I was really not sure. I had some ideas, but they made it so simple and easy for me to just let them take care of what they needed to do, and they did it wonderfully. I had questions. He was always available to answer the questions I had. And yeah, it was not a bad process. You know how people wonder, God, I want to do this project, but it seems so complicated. It was not for me, and I was very, very glad and happy about that. Awesome. So, this sounds like all great things. Would you want to work with him again on a future project? Yes. In fact, yeah. So we have this main house. I actually have what we call a recreational room in the back, and I already told Eli, you know what? We're going for that. We're going for that next, possibly even a couple of months from now. But yes, definitely I'm working with him and Donna. And I advise anybody, really, if you're looking for a contractor, really this company here called Quality First Builders are absolutely wonderful, wonderful, wonderful people. So, I highly recommend them. Very pleased and happy with the turnout of what we came to. So, go for it!
