Kitchen Remodel in David Ave.

We first hired Eli and Donna when we were thinking about converting our garage into an ADU. We wanted more space, eventually for my mom to move in when she’s no longer able to live independently. It also works well as a guest house and for outdoor entertaining. We even added a second floor to use as my office and man cave, and we really enjoy the space. Eli and his team were very efficient. They completed the project in about four months, from demolition to final touches. Donna has a great eye for interior design. She helped us choose materials like tiles, cabinets, appliances, and paint colors, and made everything feel cohesive. Later on, we decided to do some work on the main house, so we gave them another call. We were looking for something more modern and functional, and they delivered. We added new cabinetry, upgraded appliances, and redesigned the kitchen layout to be more efficient for cooking, entertaining, and daily use. It turned out great. Eli was fantastic at coordinating everything and scheduling the crews. If any issues came up, he always helped us find a solution. Donna guided us through decisions we were stuck on, like tile and paint selections, and made everything easier. We also added small details like a pocket door and a sliding glass window, and those worked out really well. Giovanni and the crew were amazing. Our neighbors even complimented how clean and quiet the site was, how the crew always arrived and left on time, and how smoothly things ran. It felt like a well-oiled machine.
