Hi, I'm Walter, and I'm Megan. We're here to share our experience with Quality First Builders. We found out about Quality First Builders through one of Megan’s friends, someone with very high and exacting standards. That gave us confidence in her recommendation. Our original plan was just to change the kitchen cabinets. This is fairly new construction, but the cabinets were terrible. Unless you were a zebra, the stripes would have been great camouflage. When we first spoke with Eli, he was already looking at our MLS listing and doing his research. He was upfront and honest about what the project would really involve, and we quickly realized it was more than a simple cabinet replacement. Still, we felt very comfortable with him right away. Eli, Donna, and their cabinet specialist came out to the house. Within a day or two, they gave us detailed drawings and a clear quote. Everything was transparent. We felt confident working with them and didn’t even pursue other estimates. We knew they were the right team. The process was truly collaborative. This was our first renovation, and it meant a lot to have people who could guide us through every step. They were also sensitive to the fact that we were living in the house during construction. They worked hard to compress the timeline and reduce the impact on our daily life. Eli and Donna brought ideas we hadn’t considered. While we focused on the look, they offered suggestions that made the space more functional and harmonious. They went above and beyond to make sure the result worked for our needs. Watching the progress unfold was exciting, but we didn’t fully see the transformation until the final touches were in place. The finished space exceeded our expectations. We’re already talking to them about future projects. That’s probably the best recommendation we can give. We would absolutely recommend Quality First Builders to anyone planning a renovation.
