Working with Donna was incredible. We had some ideas about what we wanted, but she truly listened to how we live and what we need, both now and in the future. She thought about our lifestyle and helped us shape the space into something that would grow with our family. Eli and his team were outstanding. The crew’s work was meticulous and clean, and everyone was friendly and approachable. Since we lived nearby, we visited the site often. The team was always willing to explain what they were working on, and that helped us make more informed decisions. Their communication gave us confidence and clarity throughout the entire process. We couldn’t believe how open and spacious the home felt. Walking through the front door and turning into the great room and dining area was such a moment. I placed my grandmother’s furniture there, and it fit beautifully with the new kitchen and layout. We hosted a big family barbecue after the renovation, and every single person who walked in stopped in their tracks. They turned the corner and said things like, “This is amazing. You did it.” People said it felt familiar, yet completely refreshed. They were excited to cook, eat, swim, and gather in the space. Our large kitchen island has become the heart of the home, and there’s room for everyone to cook and connect at the same time. My dad is a contractor, so we were very particular going into this project. We interviewed a lot of builders, but there was something different about Eli. His approach stood out. We had several meetings before signing anything, and he took the time to walk us through every detail. He answered all of our questions and explained everything clearly, from structural support to flooring materials. For my mom, it was comforting to know she could call or text Eli at any time. He would even stop by after hours to go over questions. The entire crew was kind, respectful, and welcoming. They knew exactly what they were doing and were happy to explain what would happen next. They cared deeply about the outcome and took pride in their work. The job site was clean at all times. We were never worried about safety or mess. At the end of each day, the crew would walk us through the progress and share what was coming next. It was clear they were just as invested in the project as we were. We’ve already recommended Quality First Builders to friends and family. When people visit, we leave their business cards out, and we’ve noticed they tend to disappear. That tells you something. We trust Eli and Donna completely. If we take on another project, we’ll go straight back to them. We’re customers for life.
