When we finally spoke with Eli, he stood out right away. He was the most direct and straightforward of everyone we met. He asked thoughtful questions and helped us think through what we really wanted. Throughout the entire process, Eli was clear, informative, and honest. We were also very specific about what we expected, and that mutual clarity made everything easier. Eli took our feedback seriously and never got bogged down in unnecessary details. Every time he visited the project site, he checked the work closely and pointed out areas for improvement. He had high standards, and it showed. As for the crew, this project happened during the pandemic, so we were home the entire time. The entire team was fantastic. From Gio to Wilder, George, Fernando the tile installer, and Juan, every single person was attentive and respectful. They worked around us without being disruptive and were open to suggestions or feedback when needed. One thing we really appreciated was that the crew seemed to take real pride in their work. Many of them treated the project as if they were working on their own home. That level of care meant a lot to us. The end result speaks for itself. Our kitchen turned out beautifully. Would we recommend Eli to someone else? Absolutely. We do suggest being clear about your expectations from the start, as that helped us feel more confident and helped Eli deliver what we wanted. Working with Eli and Donna was a pleasure. They helped with every detail, from tile and backsplash selections to countertop materials and even hardware choices.
