I live in California. Eli helped us remodel our home after a major water leak that nearly destroyed the entire house. All the walls and flooring had to be removed. It was a historic property, and the situation caused a lot of stress for me and my family. I had met Eli a few years earlier. At the time, we talked about a kitchen remodel, but we didn’t move forward. I remembered him from that visit and decided to reach out when this damage happened. He came by quickly, and we started working together. He helped me assemble the right team and stayed with the project for four to five months, helping to bring the house back to life. Throughout the entire process, Eli was incredibly supportive and understanding. He knew the emotional toll it took and was always there to help. What stood out to me was his creativity. He has a great eye for detail and design. He really looks at the space and figures out how to bring it together in a way that makes sense and feels intentional. Eli was also extremely responsive. Anytime I had a question or needed something, whether by text or phone, he always got back to me quickly. But the best part of working with Quality First Builders was Donna. She helped me choose all the tile, surfaces, appliances, and finishes. She guided the process and made everything look and feel cohesive. Her design work was exceptional, and I love how everything turned out. I’m so thankful to Eli, Donna, and the entire Quality First Builders team for putting my home back together. I truly love it and appreciate all the care and effort they put into making it feel whole again.
