Hi, my name is Nellie, and this is Sarah Margie. Welcome to our home. We worked with Eli and Donna on a full renovation. They did everything in this house: four bedrooms, three bathrooms, the kitchen, two living rooms, dining rooms, and all the hallways. One thing I really appreciated about Eli is that he was always on time. He gave us daily updates, and his workers were very professional. They paid close attention to every detail. If they ran into a problem, they let us know right away and explained the solutions they had in mind. And Donna, I just love her. She’s not only an amazing designer, but also has a wonderful personality. She picked almost every tile in the house, along with the flooring and color combinations. Everything came together beautifully. I don’t know how she does it, but she has such a great eye. Before we met Eli and Donna, we got five different estimates from other contractors. When Eli came over for the first time, he had so many creative ideas. Our home was built in 1983 and hadn’t been updated in years. The condition was rough, the materials were outdated, and the design wasn’t working. We wanted something more contemporary and transitional. As soon as we explained the style we liked, Eli started coming up with ideas right away. Within a day or two, he sent us a full 3D layout of the remodel. He was the only contractor who actually showed us what we were getting before the project began. That made all the difference. I want to personally thank Eli and Donna for everything they did for us. This house turned out beautifully, and we’re so grateful for their work.
