    Hi, I'm Joseph, and my wife is Noelle. We just completed a full home renovation with Eli and the team at Quality First Builders, and we had a very positive experience. They remodeled our entire house, and we found them to be highly skilled, honest, and just genuinely good people. As with any big renovation, a few unexpected things came up along the way. But each time, we were able to sit down together, talk openly, and work through the issues in a fair and respectful way. One of the things we appreciated most was the way Eli and his team worked together. They really function as a cohesive unit. Eli was incredibly accommodating with my schedule. I often work long hours and was only available after 6:30 or 7:00 in the evening. Eli never made that a problem. He came by in the evenings, spent the time walking us through the details, and made sure we understood everything clearly. He even came by multiple times when needed. It was also a huge advantage to have Donna involved. My wife and I both lead busy lives, raising children and running our own business. Donna helped tremendously by guiding us through all the design decisions. She helped us choose everything, from light fixtures and countertops to tile and flooring. We could have eventually figured it all out on our own, but having Donna lead us through the process made everything easier and far less stressful. She quickly got a sense of our style and preferences. Then she would email us a few carefully selected options that aligned with our vision. We would review them, make decisions quickly, and move forward. This saved a lot of time and helped keep the project on track. From start to finish, it was a very smooth experience. We are extremely happy with how everything turned out, and we would not hesitate to recommend Eli, Donna, and Quality First Builders to anyone considering a renovation.
