Nate and Rosie wanted to add additional income and value to their property so they decided to transform the location of their existing pool into a custom 2-story new construction Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). This beautiful new construction includes metal siding, first-floor living space, powder room, and kitchen; 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a laundry area upstairs. We also built an attractive wall in between the two properties with separate access to the ADU so they both have their own private entries and backyard. ADUs have become an incredible investment. Our clients were able to rent it out before it even finished!
