Bathroom Remodel in North El Molino Ave.

Hi, my name is Melanie, and I'd like to share my experience with Quality First Builders. We had two bathroom remodels done, one larger and one smaller. The contractors were excellent. From the carpenters to the electricians and plumbers, everyone was polite, respectful, and professional. They always cleaned up after themselves and constantly checked in to make sure everything was just the way we wanted it. Whether it was placing towel racks or confirming the height of fixtures, they went out of their way to ensure every detail met our preferences. The overall quality is outstanding, and we truly love the finished bathrooms. Each has its own distinct style, and both turned out beautifully. Donna was wonderful to work with. She took us to a couple of showrooms, one for bath fixtures and another for tile. Then she brought paint samples to our home and used the specs from Eli’s plans to help us order everything we needed. Her guidance made the process feel smooth and enjoyable. We had one bathroom done first and then moved on to the second. The first one was a bit of a surprise because we chose a tile that was a little unusual. At first, we weren’t sure if it would work, but now we couldn’t be happier. It looks amazing. Donna gave us thoughtful input, but both she and Eli allowed us to make our own choices without pressure. They fully supported our vision. I would absolutely recommend Quality First Builders to anyone considering a remodel. It was a very positive experience. We love our bathrooms. Everyone we worked with was highly skilled, accommodating, and excellent at what they do. My favorite part was seeing the finished product. Everything came together beautifully. The project moved along quickly, which was a bonus, but the real reward was walking into two stunning new bathrooms. These guys were just the best.
