Bathroom Remodel in Morro Dr.

My name is Kathryn, and I live in Woodland Hills. We’ve had our home here for about 12 years. Eli and Donna worked with us in the summer of 2016 to renovate our bathrooms. This bathroom used to be very outdated, and we completely renovated it along with the adjacent bathroom. From the beginning, I noticed that Eli was enthusiastic and genuinely committed to the project. As we continued working together, we also met Donna. She is very talented, easy to work with, and brought a great design perspective. Eli was extremely focused on the quality of the work. He holds his team to a high standard and clearly takes pride in the results. Donna made the design process so much easier for me. We wanted a calm, neutral tone for the bathroom to create a relaxing feel. Donna and I spent just two hours choosing all the finishes, including tiles, countertops, vanity, and fixtures. Her guidance saved us a lot of time and stress. We had a great experience overall. Whenever anything came up during construction, Eli was clear and proactive. For example, when they removed the old toilet, they discovered rot in the subfloor. Eli explained the issue right away, walked us through the options, and helped us make the right decision. His communication was excellent, and we felt confident in both him and the team working on our home. These two bathrooms turned out beautifully, and we trusted them so much that we hired Eli and Donna again the following year to remodel my parents’ bathroom. It’s great knowing we have a team we can count on for projects like this. Thank you, Eli and Donna.
