Quality First Builders were incredible to work with from the very beginning. Chris found them through a friend, and once Eli came by, everything started moving quickly. He gave us an estimate, offered ideas, and from that moment to the start of the renovation, the process was smooth and fast. Eli worked closely with us, and the communication throughout the project was excellent. In fact, that was one of the best parts. We always felt in the loop and supported at every step. We had seen one of our friend’s homes that Eli had renovated completely, and we were already impressed with the quality of his work. That made us even more excited to move forward. This house of ours had only been in our hands for a couple of years, and it came with a lot of surprises. There were several out-of-code issues that we discovered along the way. Eli was fantastic about explaining what was going on, presenting our options, and collaborating with us on what needed to happen. His clarity helped us make confident decisions. Some of the things he found would have caused serious problems in the future, so we were thankful he identified them early. At the time, we also had a baby on the way. Now that he’s here, we can say how important that timing really was. Eli was very mindful of the situation and committed to keeping everything on schedule. It’s hard to believe how fast the work was completed while still maintaining such a high standard. Nothing feels rushed or done halfway. Everything is beautifully finished and carefully built. Eli truly understood how important it was to complete the work before our baby arrived. We’ve heard so many horror stories from friends. One friend has been living in an Airbnb for nine months due to delays on a similar project. That made us even more grateful for the speed, consistency, and organization that Eli brought to our renovation. His team was also fantastic. Every crew member was professional, skilled, and respectful. They communicated well, explained the work as it progressed, and addressed any concerns we had. It made a stressful process feel much easier. We highly recommend Eli and the entire Quality First Builders team. We would welcome them back for any future projects without hesitation. Renovating is never fun, but they made it the easiest experience we could have hoped for.
