Hi, my name is Erica. I hired Quality First Builders after meeting with Eli and several other contractors to get bids for work on a new home I had just purchased. I was planning a kitchen remodel, new flooring, and fresh paint. What stood out to me about Eli was his creativity. His ideas for reworking the kitchen to make it feel larger were things I hadn’t heard from the other contractors. I also appreciated that he owns the business and has full control over the process. That meant no delays from needing to check with someone else. He could make decisions quickly and confidently. I ultimately chose Quality First Builders to do the work, and I’ve been extremely happy with both the process and the final result. As with many construction projects, there were a few surprises along the way. In my case, that led to expanding the project significantly. By the time we finished, Eli and his team had touched nearly every surface in the house. The home is a little over 2,400 square feet with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. They remodeled the kitchen, all three bathrooms, replaced all the flooring and moldings, and smoothed out the ceilings after we discovered asbestos in the original popcorn texture. They installed recessed lighting throughout, and truly transformed every inch of the home. It was a long process, and there were some bumps along the way, but I am incredibly happy with both the quality of the work and how Eli managed the project. He was consistently present on-site, overseeing the crew, and making sure things stayed on track. His crew was respectful, professional, and easy to work with. We were also in the unusual position of needing to move into the home before the renovation was fully complete. That added some logistical challenges for both us and the crew. But Eli and his team worked with us to ensure the essential spaces were ready when we needed them, while continuing work on the remaining areas. They handled the situation with flexibility and care. At the end of the day, I am thrilled with how everything turned out. This house feels like home now, and I couldn’t recommend Eli and Quality First Builders more highly, whether you're planning a simple update or a complete renovation like I did.
